We strive to ensure your items are delivered in the most efficient and reliable way possible. 

**** Due to COVID 19 pandemic there may be delays in order fulfillment.  If an item is in a pre-order status it may take 2-3 weeks to fulfill. This will also be noted in the description section of each item.  Our jewelry is handmade and our components are custom made for Billie Lorraine.  We ask for your patience during this world wide pandemic. **** 

Who do you ship your orders with?
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class. 

Are there duties for American orders?
No, all of our US orders ship from our US location and as a result there are no additional duties.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship internationally.  

When will my order ship?
Pending on availability, most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.  Any delays will be noted in description section of item online.  ex. Backorder, 3-4week delay.   

Can I cancel my order?
As soon as an order is made and payment is accepted, it is immediately in the process to be made and/or shipped.  Please notify us with in 24hrs. 

What should I do if I received the wrong product?
If you received the wrong product or if your order is missing an item, we are sorry about that! Please contact: billielorrainedesign@gmail.com or call        512-787-0134 and we will be sure to get you the item that you ordered.

What should I do if my package is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective,

We will resolve the issue right away. We will happily replace any damaged product.
